What is your address?We are located at 32 Palmer Place in Easton. This is a residential neighborhood in lower Easton Connecticut, approximately 1 mile off both exits 46 and 47 of the Merritt Parkway.

Do you have a referral program?Yes! You can receive an additional two free photos for every friend you refer, and they will receive the same, up to four friends!

Can I take photo and/or video with my cell phone during my session?It's our policy that we don't allow any outside photography or videography during your session, whether it's done with a cell phone or camera. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring food and drinks into the studio?We ask that you please leave all outside food and drinks in your car before entering the studio. If you have infants or young children, bottles and sippy cups are fine. We want to avoid possible food allergens for the sake of our clients with allergies, and to prevent stains and spills. Thank you for understanding!

Is your studio handicap accessible?Yes, our studio is absolutely able to accommodate a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Please let us know in advance by including this information in the "special requests" section of the billing form so that we can prepare for your appointment.

Do you have bathrooms or changing areas?If you are in need of a changing area, please let us know in the "special requests" section of the booking form so that we can make accommodations. We recommend that you come already prepared for your session, but we understand that sometimes this isn't possible. We do have a bathroom that we can direct you to before or after your session, though it isn't in the studio area of the barn.

Where should we park for our session?Our studio is residential and located in lower Easton. You'll find the address easily with GPS and will see signs for the driveway as well as for parking spots by the barn. You are also welcome to park on the street and walk down the driveway. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

What is your cancellation policy?You can cancel your appointment with us up to 7 days before your scheduled session time. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to find a new day and time for you.

Which Santa will be at our session?Both of our professional REAL Santas are amazing, have decades of experience, and fully embody the magic of the Holiday and Christmas season. If you are a returning client, check the info on the booking page for each Santa's schedule.

Who can join our Magical Santa Experience session?Your children will get to enjoy every interactive scene with Santa Claus. Parents will have the opportunity to join for family portraits in one of our scenes. Grandparents may be included as well but other extended family members may not. If you want to include a furry family member, please check the schedule and let us know in the booking form

Are dogs and other pets allowed?Well-behaved dogs and other furry friends are allowed to participate in your family portraits during our Magical Santa Experience on Sundays. Please include this information in your booking form

Does my child have to sit on Santa's lap?Your child doesn't have to do anything that makes them uncomfortable. We don't push for "lap sitting" or any other physical contact, and ultimately it's up to you and your child how they interact with Santa. We will take amazing photos either way!

Does our family have to celebrate Christmas to come in for a Santa session?Absolutely not! While Santa has been a Christmas tradition for centuries, he not only embodies the spirit of that wonderful holiday but also of the entire holiday season. Santa's magic is for all children, and everyone is welcome in our studio regardless of religion, culture, background or family structure. We accept ALL families.

What if my child doesn't smile or interact with Santa?We will do our absolute best to encourage your child to interact with Santa in every exciting scene, and to inspire as many smiles as possible. We can't guarantee smiles but we promise you'll receive beautifully edited and magical photos, and that your family will create memories to last a lifetime!

How should we prepare for our session?Here are some tips to prepare your children for their Magical Santa Experience: - Make sure they know what to expect - If your child is or might be fearful of Santa, we recommend talking about him every day, and maybe even watching some fun and friendly videos for several days leading up to your session - Plan and coordinate outfits in advance. Remember that parents can be included in the fireplace scene and snowy forest scene, so dress everyone accordingly - Have fun and let their personalities shine through!

How long will my session be?The Magical Santa Experience session is 25 minutes with 5 minutes between each session.

How many photos are included?The Magical Santa Experience session includes 12 beautifully edited photos full of magical touches. You will have the opportunity to earn additional photos through our referral program, giveaways and contests.

Who can participate in the Holiday Family Mini Session?Your whole immediate family is welcome to join - parents, children, and even well-behaved pets! If you would like to do cousin photos, book back to back sessions and we can accommodate that.

How long is the Valentine mini session?We are booking 20 minute blocks of time but the session is for only 15 minutes. Please be on time so that we can get as many beautiful photos of your little one(s) as possible.

Who can be included in the Valentine mini sessions?Valentine minis are for kids only and do not include an opportunity for family portraits. If you want your pet included, please send a message through email or the contact form

How many photos are included in the Bunny Eggsperience?The Magical Bunny Eggs-perience includes 12 magically edited photos!

How long is the Bunny Eggsperience photo session?Your Bunny Eggsperience will be 20 minutes long

When will I receive my photos?The turnaround time for the Bunny Eggs-perience is two weeks or less. If you are sending Easter cards or need the photos sooner to make photo gifts, etc, please let us know and we will try to accommodate!

Who can participate in the Easter Bunny Eggsperience?The Bunny Eggsperience is for kids of all ages! You will have the opportunity to take spring portraits with or without the Bunny. No pets will be allowed for this photo experience

What is included in the Bunny Eggsperience?The Bunny Eggsperience is a custom, private visit with the Easter Bunny that will be a very special memory for your entire family. Children will get to interact and pose with the Easter Bunny in a variety of ways in two different scenes. You can choose from a spring garden tea party or egg decorating station. Each child will each be given an Easter egg with a small gift to take home.
