This year’s experience has been thoughtfully designed as a series of immersive Christmas chapters, where children are invited to step into the story and take part in the wonder of the North Pole.

They’ll lend a hand in an all-new interactive Santa’s Workshop, discover one of the North Pole’s best-kept secrets where Christmas magic comes to life, and finish their journey with sweet moments, timeless Christmas portraits, and a magical surprise in Santa’s cozy living room. This event is 25 minutes and includes 12 photos.

In 2026 we will be offering "Cookies with Santa" for the first time. This event is 20 minutes and includes 8 photos. Mix up some magic in Mrs Claus's kitchen using her special recipe, and if you do it right, magic cookies will appear in the jar! This is a very limited event.
